It was inspired by the quote: "What would you attempt to do if you knew you couldn't fail?"
The steps in the animation are:
- He learns to fly...
- His cape becomes a parachute and lands him on a platform- this implies leadership or diplomacy...
- He then leaves and approaches a chalkboard (which is what the square is) and teaches...
- Then he leaves that and plays a grand piano on a huge stage...
- Then he goes and joins the army and fights in the war....
- Then he finds true love <3

You have made a story... That's what the creativity is all about. Great idea, but I have to tell you my favorite part of your book was your little person falling in love. Even the little soldier can find his true love! I love your idea and the movie and that probably took forever to make. I wish I knew how to do that.
this was a pretty cool flip book. i think all the different activities added to the message of the book. it's always good to have big goals and dreams which this book reminds us of.
Your flip book is inspiring. It really makes the viewer not just flip through but gives them a chance to take in every frame. Really well done!
I loved that you made your flip book a story. I really liked your message. I liked that you used words because they helped explain your storyline. I also like that you wrote the description on what the character was doing. That helps me understand your story better.
I thought you had a great flip book. The message was very optimistic, and i liked all the images you chose to represent the different topics.
I really love your story and how much thought you but in to this project. I this such an inspiring story and really makes me think what I would do.
I really like the use of your quote to tell your entire story. I also liked your explanation in your blog of what was going on in the animation. The stick figure was also easy to see. The story was very poignant and moving. Great job!
This was an excellent flip book. I love how you really incorporated an actual story in your book. The theme was deep and you presented it well and with a lot of thought. I also really enjoyed your use of a quote to make your flip book around. It was very relatable and well put. Excellent!
I love how much thought you put into the story. I didn't quite understand it before, but I'm glad I got to read the blog and your explanation. It was well drawn and well though out. Great job!
Loved this book. I thought it showed great motion and awesome transitions between scenes. The message behind the flip book was also cool and thought provoking. Great work.
Your book was one of my favorites, the message of what would you do if you couldn't fail was great. I loved that your little person passed all the obstacles in their life. GREAT!!!
I liked how your compositions moved all over the place in the book. It's hard to have them all over the place and be consistent, so it really helped push your concept alot further. Plus I felt you used your text really effectively, I liked how you made it important to the flip book and the animation frames. The simplicity of the stick figures helped that to be pushed too. Nice work!
Alot of meaning behind this one.....it was nice to see you put so much thought into the message behind it....great job
